Terms of service
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of goldentigerlife.com and your purchases from Golden Tiger Bio C, doing business as Golden Tiger Life (“Golden Tiger,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, our Shipping Policy and, if you subscribe, our Subscription Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
2. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. We currently sell and ship within the United States only.
3. Our products
Golden Tiger is a sparkling beverage (a food). It is not a dietary supplement or a medicine, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease. Information on this site is for general education and is not medical advice. If you are pregnant or nursing, take medication, or have a health condition, talk with your healthcare provider before changing your diet. Always read the product label, including the ingredient list, before drinking.
We try to show our products, colors and packaging accurately, but your screen may differ and packaging can change. If anything on the label differs from this site, the label applies.
4. Prices, orders and payment
Prices are in US dollars and do not include applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes won’t affect an order we have already accepted. Your order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund you in full.
You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your chosen payment method for your order, including taxes and any shipping charges shown at checkout.
5. Subscriptions
Subscribe and save orders renew automatically until you cancel. The price, delivery schedule, reminders and how to skip, pause, change or cancel online at any time are explained in our Subscription Terms, which form part of these Terms.
6. Discount codes and offers
Discount codes and promotions apply only as described in the offer, may not be combined unless stated, have no cash value and may end at any time. Our first-order code, WELCOME10, gives 10% off a customer’s first order, may be used once per customer, and can be combined with product discounts such as Subscribe and save.
7. Gift cards
Golden Tiger e-gift cards do not expire and have no fees. They can be used toward purchases on goldentigerlife.com and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law (for example, in California, a card with a remaining balance under $10 may be redeemed for cash on request). Please keep your gift card code safe; we are not responsible for lost or stolen codes used before you report them to us.
8. Shipping, returns and damaged orders
Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy. Because Golden Tiger is a food product, we cannot accept returns; if an order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make it right as described in our Refund Policy.
9. Emails and text messages
If you sign up for emails, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or our Unsubscribe page.
If you sign up for text messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and order-related texts from Golden Tiger at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time and HELP for help, or email hello@goldentigerlife.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
10. Reviews and content you share
If you submit a review, photo, comment or other content, you confirm it is your own honest experience, that you have the right to share it, and that it does not include anyone else’s personal information without permission. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display and reproduce it in connection with Golden Tiger. We may edit for length or clarity, and we may decline to publish content, for example content describing health results, which we do not publish. We will always ask before reposting your social media content.
11. Our intellectual property
The site’s content, design, text, images and videos belong to Golden Tiger or its licensors. GOLDEN TIGER™ and HELPING HUMANS HEAL® are trademarks of R-Tech Ventures LLC, used under license. You may not copy, reuse or distribute site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
12. Using the site
Please don’t misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, no automated scraping or bulk ordering for resale without our agreement, no fraudulent orders, and nothing unlawful. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided “as is,” and we disclaim implied warranties other than those that cannot be excluded by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless the law of your state of residence requires otherwise.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when they last changed. Changes apply to orders placed after the update; the Terms in place when you placed an order apply to that order.
