A morning reset is a short, repeatable way to start the day on purpose. It isn’t an hour-long routine or an early alarm. It’s a sequence: a few small things, done in the same order, that set the tone before the day sets it for you.
What is the Morning Reset?
The idea comes from The Morning Reset, a chapter in our founder’s free book The Golden Tiger: The Five Movements of Living Health. Every day has a shape, and how it begins shapes the rest. The reset is mostly a matter of sequence and intention, not extra time.
The four steps
1. Light before screens. Before you open your phone, step outside or stand by a window for a few minutes. Let the day reach you before the inbox does.
2. A little movement. A short walk, a few stretches, or the stairs instead of the elevator. Small counts.
3. A glass of water. Start with water before anything else.
4. Something golden. Then crack open a cold Golden Tiger: sparkling and organic, made with real fruit or green tea, 20 calories and 4 g sugar, with 100 mg Bioactive Curcumin in every can. Mango, Pineapple and Lemon Lime are caffeine free, so they fit any morning.
Make it stick
Attach the reset to something you already do, like making breakfast or walking the dog, and keep it the same each day. Golden Tiger was clinically tested on a twice-daily schedule, so your morning can is the first half of the ritual; the second comes in the afternoon.
